Join us for the 10th Annual Spirit of Hope Gala on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Over the last decade, the Spirit of Hope Gala has directly impacted the lives of military service members and their families across Southern & Central California. Together, we have raised critical funds to ensure the resiliency and strength of those who serve our nation. In honor of Month of the Military Family, this year’s gala will spotlight the strength of the military family unit, who endure unique challenges including recurring relocations to unfamiliar places and long deployments without their loved one.
Join us for a special tribute in honor of all military families.
Help us impact over 35,000 service members and military families annually in the Desert Area.
The USO strengthens America’s military by keeping them connected to family, home and country throughout their service to the nation. The USO of the Desert Area provides USO services and programming to more than 35,000 current members of the military and their families annually through volunteer support at our USO Center at the Palm Springs International Airport, in the community and at 29 Palms MCAGCC Marine Base. Investing in the USO is a chance for you to have an enduring and meaningful impact on our military’s strength and effectiveness—and on the lives of our courageous service men and women. Show our service members that they are in our hearts and minds and that we will never stop standing by them.
ABOUT THE USO IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA
Today’s USO continuously adapts to the needs of our men and women in uniform and their families, so they can focus on their very important mission. We provide USO services and programming to current members of the military and their families across the globe to 4.9 million service members and their families with a volunteer force of over 30,000. In Southern California, we impact over a quarter of a million service members annually through our eight USO locations. The USO is an independent 501c3 non-profit organization, providing morale and recreational services to members of the military since 1941.
