About this Location
The USO at Ontario opened in the Fall of 2006 to serve the large numbers of troops deploying from the Inland Empire community. The center is open 365 days a year with the support of our volunteers. Each year, the Ontario center supports the month-long ITX training in the region, providing over 1,000 service instances on any given day. Our Ontario volunteers lead our community outreach programs and support remote bases like Fort Irwin, MCLB Barstow, and March Air Reserve Base. We execute our mission with the generous support of the Ontario and San Bernardino communities.
All our services are provided free of charge thanks to the generosity of individual, corporate, foundation, and community donors. The USO is not part of the federal government. A congressionally chartered, private organization, the USO relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations, and corporations to support its activities, and is powered by a family of volunteers to accomplish our mission of connection.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please visit, www.volunteers.uso.org. You will need to click the box “Volunteer at a USO Center, then Continental United States, and then Select California and Ontario. Please complete and submit the Volunteer Interest Form and you will be contacted via email.
