Join us for a restorative yoga/meditation practice that supports relaxation and stress reduction of the mind & body, helping calm the nervous system to better T.H.R.I.V.E! (Together Helping Reach Individual well-being goals Victoriously and Enjoyably) All levels welcomeā¦especially first timers! Yoga mats and additional supplies will be provided. Doors close promptly at 6:00pm. This is an ADULT ONLY event. Teens welcome but must be accompanied by a parent. Please register for each individual event.
