USO Kids Story Time: An Afternoon of Tales, Crafts, and Treats!

Join us at the USO Center for an afternoon of adventure, creativity, and fun! This month’s theme is “Camping.”

📚 Story Time: Embark on a hilarious outdoor adventure with “Fred and Ted Go Camping” by Peter Eastman, a fun-filled story about two lovable dogs and their misadventures in the great outdoors.

🎨 Craft Activity: After the story, kids will make their own “Campfire Craft” using colorful paper, tissue, and popsicle sticks—a fun reminder of the story and camping fun!

🍿 Themed Snack: Wrap up the afternoon with a camping-inspired snack, including “s’mores bites” (graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows), “trail mix,” and juice boxes.

This exciting event is perfect for children ages 2-6 and will spark laughter, creativity, and the joy of making new friends.
