Join us for a special Yoga & mindful eating session with a registered dietitian & yoga practitioner LCDR Foss. She will teach us mindful eating habits and then we will move outside to the fenced turf courtyard/playground for a 50 min class. * Please bring yoga mat or a towel. Kids are welcome & will be allowed to stay in the classroom to watch a movie or come outside to play on the playground while you experience a relaxing yoga session with her.
