Join us for a special Yoga & mindful eating session with a registered dietitian & yoga practitioner LCDR Foss. She will teach us mindful eating habits and then we will move outside to the fenced turf courtyard/playground for a 50 min class. * Please bring yoga mat or a towel. Kids are welcome & will be allowed to stay in the classroom to watch a movie or come outside to play on the playground while you experience a relaxing yoga session with her. Register only spouses (24 spots) * Register kids on FB group post 29 Palms USO in a comment thread (12 spots available - no need to register babies in strollers if they are going to stay buckled in or with/near you).
