Join the USO for an evening of Mindfulness on the beach!
Spend the evening listening to the lapping waves while you are guided though restorative yoga and easy meditation for all levels. Items to bring: Towel or yoga mat (we will be on the beach) Bring an extra towel for prop (to assist in stretching) Water (hydration is important)
Registration is required; please register per 18+ participant for this adult only event
